It seems the Config.txt file is not editable directly. You need to contact their support team and they will grant access for you to configure it. Here is an article that explains the same :

Can you please share some more details like how do you plan to use EZProxy ? Do you have clients who will be accessing your website via EZProxy ?

For EZProxy please add /?login to your site URL in the EZProxy config file (Config.txt)
E.g. If your website URL is domain.com please add the URL in EZProxy (Config.txt) as
URL https://domain.com/?login

This Config.txt file needs to be updated at EZProxy portal which will need to be done by the user who is going to access your site via EZProxy.

Then Login to WordPress admin panel and go to IP Based Login page from left menu and select the IP Detection Preference as (EZProxy) PROXY_REMOTE_ADDR

That’s it! Try to login from your EZProxy server now.

For the example : 2001:db8:abcd:ffff::/64
You need to enter the Start IP as 2001:db8:abcd:ffff:0:0:0:0
and End IP as 2001:db8:abcd:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff

You can use the following website to find the Start and End IP using your CIDR value :
https://subnettingpractice.com/ipv6-subnet-calculator.html

The values in the Range row will be your start and end IP addresses.

Subnet mask is not possible but you can add the IP ranges.

The page id is determined using the “wp_footer” action using the “get_the_ID()” function.

Any chance you are using a custom footer function in your theme which dies/exits before the WordPress wp_footer action is called ?

This is not something you can achieve with IP Based Login because when an iframe is loaded it will load the website will visitor IP as the actual visitors IP address and not your site 2 IP address.

And since iframe is a frontend method it would be risky. Because any parameters you set will be visible to someone who has basic knowledge of HTML.
