Thanks, I’ll look into that. I skimmed it earlier, and I guessed that adding some conditional tags to the parent theme (if this file exist in the child use that instead) is what you meant. Am I right? If so, thn I’d just have to copy those tags into the theme after upgrading each time and I’d be set wouldnt I.

I have that file and the NavT plugin appears in the tools section of my dashboard. But the “Uninstall” and “Reset” links on the plugin page dont work.

If I just go ahead and deactivate then delete the plugin, what else would I need to do to completely remove it? Would I have to remove any tables in the mySQL database?

Is “over-stretch” an attribute of the “media” shortcode or some css you’ve added to your theme?

I also use qTranslate, but havent come anywhere near the stage that you seem to be, yet. Please keep replying to your own posts to show us how you eventually overcome all these problems.
