You can mark this as resolved.

I had the custom image settings set at 250px. I wanted to keep all of my thumbnails the same size by setting them this way (which it did), but it also didn’t switch to the larger image when the secondary image was clicked.

Switched it back to “auto” and it’s fine.

All of my uploaded images are 1024×1024. For some reason, Shopify is compressing them like crazy. I even tried using a URL to add the images.

I just swapped out the main image with one of the secondary ones so you can see that the image is just fine.
