Same problem here with one of my client’s website using Activello Theme
Only workaround for the moment, go to your install folder /wp-content/plugins and rename the folder woocommerce-gateway-stripe to woocommerce-gateway-stripe-old (for example) to gain back access to the website & admin.
Can you please investigate on this issue ?
