Where can I add the copyright to the footer as well? I have only created one other wordpress site and many of these options were easier to find.

I removed all plugins and updated to the most recent version of the plugin. I entered my credentials, the url for the sugar crm instance, and hit save changes. I then went to the tab for form fields and it states that the settings are not setup even though they are. I have worked with many plugins and work as a developer.

I just changed the admin password and I have entered it into the fields. I then saved and went to lead form fields and it says it is not configured even though when I go back into the settings my info is saved.

In the 1.0.0 version I am able to get a successful connection and enter the unique id from the config.php however once saved it says wp-sugar settings not configured.

I am also having the same issue running WordPress 3.8.1, OSTicket 1.8.1, and a fresh install of thins plugin. When putting in 1.7 for OSTicket version this warning appears in the Settings tab as it should. Warning: mysql_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home/bouimette/public_html/wp-content/plugins/osticket-wp-bridge/admin/db-settings-17.php on line 140

When using 1.8.1 there are no warnings in the Settings tab. You can enter all the information you want into the fields but trying to change from offline to online and hitting save changes forces it back offline. I have verified to make sure all settings I have entered are correct to my installation.
