In reply to: [Coupon Creator] Critical Site ErrorHi,
Thanks for using the Coupon Creator plugin. I can help out.
I am not able to reproduce the issue.
Can you enable debug following this guide and let me know the error messages.
That will help narrow down the issue and see where it can be fixed.

CheersHi,
Thanks for using the Coupon Creator Plugin, I can help out.We believe this is a false positive from vendor build files. These files are not used in the plugin. We have already removed them in the current release, and if you reinstall the plugin, it will not include the file. We are also working on a future release for WordPress 6.6 compatibility, which will not include these files too.
There have been no other reports of this issue, but we will continue to review it and further troubleshoot to resolve any issues that are found.
In the future, please kindly reach out to us at couponcreatorplugin.com/contact for security issues. This allows us to address potential problems privately and prevent compromising more sites. Please, post in the support forums if you do not receive a response.
Best regards,

In reply to: [Coupon Creator] Scam – so beware!Hi,
I would appreciate a response. You made some bold claims and I offered support, but you have been silent since my response within 9 hours of your original post.
I did review our emails from the time period and I cannot find any reports of PHP errors so I am not sure where the email was sent.
If you like a refund you can always use the form here:

In reply to: [Coupon Creator] Coupon creationHi,
Thanks for using the Coupon Creator.
You could create another coupon and schedule it to appear on the 1st. Similar to what you can do with a post.
Then add the shortcode to where the current coupon displays and then it will start showing on the 1st.The Pro version has a recurring expiration feature and can automatically update the expiration.
Cheers

In reply to: [Coupon Creator] No Coupons Not Showing in Print ViewHi,
Sorry for the delay.
It looks like for some reason the Theme or a Plugin is overriding the Single Template.
I tried to reproduce on a site with PHP 8.0.33 and it worked.
Are you using PHP 8.1 or 8.2?
Are there any errors or notices in the error log when you visit the single view?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Coupon Creator] Coupon is: Not ShowingGreat, glad you were able to get it working.

In reply to: [Coupon Creator] Coupon is: Not ShowingHi,
Thanks for using the Coupon Creator.
What is the expiration set to? Is it set to date and is the date in the future or is it set to Ignore expiration?
Let me know and we can go from here.

In reply to: [Coupon Creator] Coupon reading “Please add some content in your page.”Hi,
The content field should be editable with or without the Pro version.
I am not sure where this message is coming from: “Please add some content in your page.” The Coupon Creator coding does not have a way to display a message like that.
I did visit the /specials page on the site.
Those coupons look to be the standard coupons generated with the free version.Are those the ones that display that message in the admin?
Do you have a screenshot?

In reply to: [Coupon Creator] Formating CouponHi,
Thanks for using the Coupon Creator. I can help out.
For the title if you add a br tag. <br>
Before the 10 it will move it to the second line.
You can use this css to change the styling of the terms box..print-coupon .cctor-terms {
font-size: 20px;
}
You can use that css in the Coupon > Options > Display> Custom Coupon Styles.
The Pro version has features to change the width of coupons. Otherwise you could do it with css with the main div class: cctor_coupon_container.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Cheers
