I had the same issue. Once I deactivated the pro, and activated the www.remarpro.com version, that version showed the license as activated. But the pro features were showing as disabled. I had to deactivate the license and reactivate it again. Pro features were then available, however the configuration for those Pro features were not preserved… it took a bit of time to go back and re-configure every location it was used in.
