Could the double posting be related to the fact I am only posting to the page and not the personal profile as well? See screenshot.

In reply to: [WP LinkedIn Auto Publish] Posting – title and excerpt issueYes, when I publish an article using the publish button from the edit view on safari, or using the publish option when using jetpack, I get 2 shares to LinkedIn.
I just tried publishing from the edit view on safari as requested. See attached screenshot.
I also tried a free account from buffer and published using their application. It only shared one time. But as an aside, I noticed they handle the parens!
