Okay, that took a couple hours of my time. But finally, the following support question helped me out:

Quick answer for any other dummies like me is:

1) If you have created a quiz. Go to the “quizzes” section.
2) Click “edit”
3) Quiz will display and multiple tabs above it will show.
4) Click the second tab “text”
5) Scroll down until you see “message templates”

You’ll see “enter your text here.” Delete it.

This is a great plug in! I love it.
