If anyone is encountering the same issue, the reason I couldn’t find the setting, was that in the blog post page (where you edit a specific blog post, I had to tick/activate the “Discussion” tab after having clicked the “Panel settings” in the top right part of the page.
In other words – if the Discussion tab isn’t viewed, then you don’t have the option as shown on this screenshot:
