This only works temporarily. I have logged-on to another computer, and the original look shows all tickets.
Looks like I spoke too soon. When I click the “Save Settings” button, the complete ticket list still renders. Even when I refresh the page, the entire list of ticket is still there.
It doesn’t appear to be working in my environment.
@nsgawli, Many thanks! I’ve got the filter set now. This is a great improvement.
Hi @nsgawli,
That sounds great! Can you show me the path to that setting? I can’t seem to locate it. Much appreciated!
Thoughts?
This looks good, and I saw that earlier before starting this ticket originally. I would purchase that add-on if it does what I am requesting above. If you can promise that, I’ll make the purchase now.
Please keep in mind the following attributes of the application:
1) The search form needs to be “normal” in appearance and function well on mobile devices.
2) The plugins will be installed on a corporate intranet with a static IP that is unreachable to the outside network. Thanks, @modalweb. I guess what I am really looking for is a “regular” search form on a normal page, not showing the file tress. This search form then searches all of the directories and generates a list of results based on the search criteria.
Can we do something like that?
Hi @modalweb,
Thanks for the prompt reply! How can I configure a search form to look in directories other than wp-content/uploads?

In reply to: [WP Image Zoom] WP Ninja Tables CompatibilityUpdate:
After messing around a little bit with this, it seems to work sporadically at best. I have tried a few different browsers, too. It seems like there is either some sort of conflict with this plugin and another, or the code for this plugin takes a long time to load and activate … or a combination of both.
I did notice that when I apply the “zoooom” CSS class image itself as opposed to the table, it works better. Overall, though, it still doesn’t work quite right.
I love the way this plugin works in general, so if we can get this dialed-in and functioning correctly, I will purchase the professional license.

In reply to: [WP Image Zoom] WP Ninja Tables Compatibility@diana_burduja, thank you for your prompt reply and support.
That solution to wrap the entire table in a div sounds really easy and I was hoping that would work; however, it doesn’t appear to work.
I have tried that, along with some other options. See screenshots:

Thank you!
Thanks, @supportcandy! I hope that this update is released soon, as it will be very helpful for me. While WP Support Plus is active, it plays havoc on my framework’s editor and makes it so I can’t modify posts and pages. Deactivating the plugin gives me back that functionality, but obviously it’s a big inconvenience to have to deactivate then activate (and so on) when I need to make updates.
In terms of reverting to an older version in the event that I don’t like the new one, I’ll just get used to the new SupportCandy and deal with it. As a general rule, I try not to use things that are obsolete.

In reply to: [WordPress Simple Shopping Cart] Variations with Price Difference@mbrsolution, thanks for the prompt reply. This looks like a paid plugin — no? I need to add this functionality to a new client’s site of mine that was designed by another designer. They needs a quick and easy PayPal button with variations with pricing. The PayPal button code gets munged when updating through the WordPress interface, which makes it unsustainable.
@jules-colle, thank you for your reply. They are working on resolving the issue as we speak.
@aurovrata, thank you! All seems to be back to normal now. I will report back if anything out of the ordinary pops up.
