Well, now that you’ve mentioned it, I’ve found & run the test script just now.
Sorry I missed the ‘Run test script’ link in WP Admin > Settings > WP-Piwik, as I went straight to the Support Forum to read as many recent threads as I could in case I could solve it myself. But no…
Should I paste the test script message in here? It will take up a lot of screen & I don’t want to put it here if it has confidential data included. Can I email it or PM you somehow?
That’s great, David. Good reading, that.
But I was also wondering if we, as retail affiliate marketers ourselves, were able to access any of the Fair Trade Judaica products such as Divine Chocolate? As in any networks such as Shareasale.com etc?
Not that we as a small business have any spare time at the moment. However, we DO have a couple of confectionery/chocolate store projects on the drawing board for early 2013 that could do well to promote Fair Trade Chocolates.
All good, David. Nice to be listened to, both ways. ??
And I certainly CAN imagine it… looking forward to the next release.
BTW, does Fair Trade Judaica encourage affiliate sales processes online to its craftspeople/merchants/related organisations or does that clash with Fair Trade processes somehow?
All the best, mate.

In reply to: [WordPress Importer] [Plugin: WordPress Importer] Not work upload images‘Bout time they fixed it.
How does anyone export images along with posts from one WordPress wwebsite to another if this DOESN’T work?
Shame on you, WordPress!
Is there a plugin that’s easy to use & does it PROPERLY for us?

In reply to: [WordPress Importer] [Plugin: WordPress Importer] Not work upload imagesFirst time I’ve tried the importer between 2 of our sites & I created a duplicate post as a test.
Simple post of a few paragraphs of text & images exported properly. When I imported into second site, I selected Import Attachments > Download and import file attachments > ON. Everything worked fine, new post created – EXCEPT all images are still linked from the originating site.
Did the process again, ATTACHMENTS OFF, no change – of course (just in case, haha).
Then went back to the original site’s test post & made it Public (you never know what stops things from working, hey!), exported again, imported as a new post again WITH ATTACHMENTS ON as above.
Still no go.
This DEFINITELY is faulty right now!
In 2nd website, I could copy html view code from orig. post to new post, copy images to new sub-dir. with FTP but any more than one simple post, struth, what an effort.
Please fix URGENTLY, folks. Thanks for getting back to me with that.
I had to delete the plugins’ “shared” folder via FTP then re-install WP Install Profiles. It works very nicely now.
Damn handy tool. Shall get more usage out of it over time with each new site.
I look forward to your coming new release. ??
Marco, when using Black Studio TinyMCE widget, its widget window is a little cut-off on the right-hand side, such that the U-Design icon is barely visible for selection.
Can you squeeze a few more pixels into the width of it somehow?
No real drama if you can’t adjust it, as I can JUST click the edge of it. (I was going to send a screenshot showing the size problem but this Comments box hasn’t got an Attachment function, sorry.)
PS The more I use this widget, the more I get done without having to copy code. Thanks again, mate. This is the next best thing out of Italy since Ducati’s, hey!
Followed your instructions, retested your plugin with U-Design theme & the Widget section & yep, they’re very happy working together now. Glad that Andon is going to adjust the code at his end too.
The best plugin bar none & I’ve certainly tested & used a few, I tell you.
Have sent you a Thank You donation, Marco; should be able to buy a beer or cappuccino with biscotto!
