https://www.axx.global has TID of 1693 and TTID of 1693 for the category named Axx

https://www.axx.global/fr has TID of 113 and TTID of 113 for the category named Axx

I would like to be able to reset or renumber (not sure what correct pharse is) the TTID and TID from 1693 to 113.

I could do this manually by creating 1,500 empty categories but this is unfeasible

I will give you an example to answer your question.

We have a whole of site review category

That ID is 113 on axx.edu.au (the exporting site)

That ID is 1693 in axx.global (the importing site)

PS We have used the WordPress import / Export feature up until now, but it is timing out because the file size is too large, I think.

The TID and TTID have different values in the two sites

e.g. Axx.global (importing site) has TID and TTID value of 1772

Axx.edu.au (exporting site) has TID and TTID value of 107

Thanks, The file is now importing with the correct date format and all other data.

However, the categories (assigned_terms) is now blank

Even when I cut and paste the data into the template or manual type the number in

PS I am using Excel with a PC

I have been using the WordPress import and export tools
I have tried several times and several options with the site reviews import and export tools of a CSV file but I cannot get the import to work. The export work but it will not import the CSV file

This is terrible
Just brought the upgrade, no support, no communication
How can WordPress allow this plugin to continue
Nothing left to do but get a refund through my bank!!!
