I’m using simplicitybright (and a child theme with it, as per a suggestion from you so many months ago) on https://www.dataweek.co

When I removed the “insert_picture” it still brings in the first media inserted into each post.

I dont know if “simplicitybright” even exists anymore, I searched for it yesterday and found nothing, ha

Actually nothing! It’s just pulling in the first image that’s incorporated with that post!

It’s not?! Man, I think I found it on these support forms a week or two ago. That’s odd, because it IS pulling the first picture in

Sure enough, I just removed “<?php insert_picture(); ?>” and the pictures still get pulled in. Ugh.

So, knowing that was a worthless line (Thank you!) how can I make the thumbnails tht get pulled in not cropped?

I’ve been trying to figure out which class is holding back the backgrounds with the inspector, and it’s been driving me insane! Im not sure if its something in functions.php or what, figured I would give the forums a shot

If you size the window to be smaller in width, you can scroll to the right and all the backgrounds are the size your window was, they dont stay the full 100% width, if that makes sense?

Youre not sure how to change admin_email? Or where in WP it would be (which php file) or anything? This is going to be an issue for future projects as well, I can see it ??

I still dont totall ybelieve this. I have the wp-content and themes folders and stuff, why would I have to start from scratch, I mean what’s the purpose of those folders then?

So I have all the files still, regarding layouts and everything. Everything WP related EXCEPT for the php database part.

So.. what will i need to do? (Other than go back and backup the DB since I cant now)

Crap. If I didnt do that is there no other way to transfer it over?
