I already sent an email to them and noone has answered, typical…

I checked my site through a browser other than Internet Explorer and the Facebook Share portion of the plugin was perfectly fine (back to the numbers). I checked using Firefox and Google Chrome.

I used CCleaner and CleanUp! (which you can google and download to use for free) to clean my computer (only gets rid of junk, nothing you want to save) – then restart your computer, and the numbers worked perfectly fine again for all browsers.

That worked for me, its all fixed now – hope it works for you as well, good luck! ??

So do you have a fix I could try? I’m not sure what to do, but I’m willing to do or try what I can…??

    Thanks!

I’m not sure if there is any code changes to the template, plugin, or facebook code – I personally have not made ANY changes to ANY code.

The only thing I thought might have caused this(as it only turned to ‘false’ once I did this) – was whenever I clicked on the facebook share portion of the sharebar plugin myself, to share to my own facebook wall.

Then all of a sudden it started saying false…

It says false for every blog post of mine tho, when it used to have the numbers – ughh…I have no idea??

Allright, I really can’t explain the complexity of this – haha. I figured out how to get everything working again – including the look and feel of my blog (nothing is ‘breaking’ on it anymore) – and the way that I fixed it, after everything I already did in my last post – was to simply hit the Compatibility View at the top, to the right of the address bar.

The thing was, it was actually turned ON – which I must have accidentally hit one day when I was refreshing the page – so I turned it off, and now my IE browser isn’t breaking anymore…

*Siigghhh, computers and browsers and code and plugins and blahhhh…

Glad I got it finally – didn’t really need to post for help in this forum now, but maybe my plight will help others..

Good luck everyone – I know how frustrating it can get!! <3

I followed this simple video and it worked like a charm for me:

Okay, so I have updates – I figured out how to revert back to a previous version of wordpress by uploading a backup I had sent to my email.

Then when I got back to version 3.2.0 – a few sections of my site and a few plugins still looked ‘broken’ – I looked at my site through Firefox and Safari and my site looked and worked perfectly.

Then I re-installed the wordpress update as I assume it wasn’t the fault of that, my apologies…

I figured it was my browser as I am using Internet Explorer, and because I noticed I have a red warning section in my dashboard (top left) that says you are using an insecure browser, with a big blue haloed ‘e’ Internet Explorer icon.

So, I went through this long process of trying to update my Internet Explorer and I am for certain, running IE9 – The most recent update released by Microsoft, yet I still have this red warning box, and my site is still broken in places…???

Thus, my issue is still unresolved, and I am still as confused as ever haha…any suggestions?? ??

Oh bother – this sounds complicated and I’m terrible with anything complex and technical. =( I don’t wish to change my themes beings as they were both put together by professionals (supposedly) and I paid good money for that. So the only thing I suppose I could try is the plugin idea but that frightens me – I don’t want to ruin my blog in any way and then not know how to fix it. Do you think you’d let me grant you admin access for a day esmi? I feel I can trust you with helping me if you’d be willing too. Up to you of course although I would realllllllllllly appreciate it beings as I don’t really have much of a clue as to what I’m doing with all these plugin options. Please let me know and I’ll set it up asap – if not then I don’t know what to do here haha – I can try it myself but just expect me back on the forums – more then likely with an even deeper issue because I messed something else up lol. =P

    Thanks again!

Ahhhh I woke up this morning and checked them thinking that would have given them plenty of time to see my picture but its still the same thing!! I could perhaps grant someone admin access for a minute to help me out with this?? Both blogs still are not showing any gravatars – one doesn’t show anything (fixaflaw) and the other still shows wavatars (mybreality) – what the flip is going on?? I don’t get it =(

Both my wordpress emails and my gravatar emails now match (I had to change my email in both of my blogs general settings). However, it still isn’t showing my gravatar – so it either takes quite awhile or its something else — Do you think it might be my blog themes?

My one blog still shows wavatars and my other blog actually doesn’t show anything besides a name – wtf?! haha, here is link proof:

Ok but how do I compare my gravatar account then with my wordpress email? Lolz – sorry for my serious ignorance, I just want to figure this out but do it right. =P

My Settings are set as Settings>Discussion>Avatar>Show Avatar>G>Wavatar

What I don’t understand then is why all of my comments are shown as wavatars – I understand if the person leaving a comment is not signed up with a wordpress gravatar and thats why theirs is a wavatar – but mine is a wavatar too! Its not showing my picture beside my comments! Perhaps I should double check the email then, I don’t know what else to do – I’m not sure how to do that though. How can I doublecheck that my gravatar account email matches my wordpress email? Thank you so much!

Can anyone perhaps refer me to someone or somewhere I can ask this?
