OK for those that are interested – I read a lot of material…

Did I understand it all – probably not – but I picked up some good ideas

Using phpmyadmin – I found that the bil_options folder had the Turkish writing in it and the hackers email!!

I added my details and got my site back – interestingly all my pages and posts have now been deleted… So I lost it all…

Thanks guys – I have been working through the resources – not being a code writer it’s a slow process!

Thanks TJ, yes I had checked HTAccess and copied it from another site to make sure it was ok.

I deleted the other emails and passwords from my site but not being able to login makes it pretty much toast…
I can only do so much from MYSql and FTP it seems.

Nothing is obvious and if they used a sneaky backwards written redirect, well I don’t see it!

Did you see the problem I am facing? Ever seen this before?

I have a weird but in some ways similar issue

it points to an unrelated site – how can we get back in and redirect us to brideinlace.com

We have MySQL and FTP access but no WP access

The host couldnt help (1and1)

Any thoughts?

I loaded a new WP site and it worked just fine – added a new Theme that obviously creates various tables
A little different to normal I had to click a button for first install to set up the database…

That where I run into problems –

It asks if I want to repair database problems – then I get this error message above

I am hosted on 1and1 a friend took the same Theme and pulled it into a test site of hers and it worked perfectly…

So my question is could it be something on 1and1’s hosting? I have asked them but haven’t heard back…

I have a sister site I am playing with is https://www.bestrestaurantsinfernandina.com as of a few minutes ago I deleted the database and reinstalled basic wordpress – waiting for some bright ideas to try again!

I have a recovery job not so much a move job!

I get exactly the same error – down to the line number on mine!

Somebody must have resolved it or it’s a host issue?

Should I cut my losses and start over?
The data will still be in the database so maybe I can reuse it?

I have gone over everything I can think of… I am not getting it to appear.

If I type in the URL – I get a blank screen. (view source – nothing)
If I go to the login page I get the blocks to login – view source there is code)

– when I enter my name and password – I get back to a blank screen again.

Is there a file that controls what is displayed, which I have damaged?

What files should I ensure are there and work?

I still have things not working from the change over. My stuff that is live is all working ok but some of my pages on my PC aren’t working!
