Found the setting for info window for some reason it was set to 600px and not to auto.

Remove all text from all section in the Theme Customize
Appearance > Customize > Front Page Section > About Us remove everything from all section.
what I did I just added text to feature no#1 and nothing for the rest and it went center instead of on the side.
