    Tried again. Same result. Can you please check for the submission in your form DB? I purchased the Pro version in 2015 and I cannot get updates because we changed our email system and domain. Is there any way for you to change the update delivery email address please?

    Cleared cache and cookies several times. Tried from my iPad as well. Same problem.

    Just wondering if my submission is in your form database even though the email itself is not getting though…

    I have been trying without success to submit this ticket.

    Could you please let me know what is the latest version of CFF pro? I have version 5.0.15. I made contact over a year ago to try to get an update with no success. The email address used when the pro version was purchased is no longer available. Would appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hello,

    As I have said before, I tried using your support page several times. Each time I got an “undelivered mail” message that seems to indicate there is an error with the email address associated with your form.

    So I cannot create a ticket in your system and I cannot receive or retrieve the plugin updates because the email address used to purchase the plugin is no longer available. The domain was discontinued.

    Can you please find a way to provide assistance without a ticket?

    Hello again,

    Just getting back around to this. This issue remains outstanding over a year later. I tried the form again today and received the same error. Can you please arrange to update the email address in your system so I can get the latest version of the CFF pro plugin?

    Hi,

    I tried using that support page twice last week before using this forum today. Both times I got an “undelivered mail” message. Seemed to indicate there was an error with your email address. I will try again. If it fails I will provide the version number and link here.
