In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] Total viewsHi @losmi,
Thanks for reaching out, I’d be happy to help here.
Unfortunately our plugin doesn’t allow you to go back that far. Our plugin is mainly used to install the UA tracking code on each page, with the analytics within WordPress used for a quick rundown of stats. If you’re looking for much more detailed statistics we recommend opening up Google Analytics.Hope this helps to clarify!
Hi @stear111,
Sounds good, we’re investigating into if there’s a certain delay for a set of users. We really appreciate your feedback and hope that this doesn’t cause an issue for anyone else!
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Have a great day!Hi @stear111,
Awesome to hear! Just for reference, do you mind sharing with me how long it might have taken to propagate?
If you have any other questions feel free to let us know!
Hi @ratterizzo,
Thanks for reaching out and providing feedback.
I hope to clarify a bit as to why we have that “get data” button. It was implemented in order to keep the amount of calls coming from our Google API key. In the past we have had issues with our data not being able to be pulled at all because of the limit, this feature was used to prevent that from happening.Hope you understand, please let us know if you have any other questions. You can always go directly to the Google Analytics tab to get a bigger bird’s eye view of your analytics here: https://cl.ly/jkzO ??

In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] Stopped workingHi there @kristomb,
Thank you for reaching out and letting us know.
We’re currently looking into this. Can you confirm if you’re not able to see in the dashboard view only? Additionally, can you please use our “Send Debug” button and leave in the description “Tracking stopped working” so that we can try to replicate your end as well?Thank you and hope to help soon.
Hi there @awesomeopp,
Thanks for reaching out, I’d be happy to help.
When it comes to the authentication code, you’re suppose to have another pop up with the code. You shouldn’t have to enter your UA code at all because of the authentication method. Can you retry and look for two windows to pop up? Here’s a video of what you should see on your end: https://cl.ly/1y1N1A3h0s1t
If you have any other questions please let me know, if you’re not seeing a pop up can you please double check your browser settings to see if your popup blocker is disabled?
Thanks and hope to help!

In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] Do Not Install – Spam PluginHi @hadley1210,
Thanks for reaching out, I’d be happy to help.
You’re able to remove all coding of ShareThis by enabling the “Disable All Features”. If you want to just inject the Google Analytics code, you can use the Insert Manual Tracking option.Hope this helps please let me know if you have any other questions!

In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] Script broken in headerHi @creativeslice,
Thanks for letting us know, we designed the product to load quickly, and asynchronously, to have a minimal impact on page load. With that being said, can you share with us some examples of where you’re seeing our code being pointed out for affecting site ranking?
I also tried to replicate not being able to remove the code from your site once the “Disable All Features” was applied but did not have a problem at all. The code was removed immediately. Can you let us know what version of WordPress and version of our plugin you’re using as well?
Thanks so much again for all the details, we’re still looking into the loading issue.

In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] Just one thingHi @lukasishere,
Thanks for getting back to us with more details. We recently made some adjustments to our plugin and are planning on releasing an update in the coming days.
In the meantime, I’d love to provide a beta version of our plugin for you to try out, we even implemented a new “Debug Button” which will send your plugin information to us which will allow us to fix issues faster, if there are any.
Here’s the download link: https://cl.ly/jSEKIn regards to the translation question, at the moment we do not have a Polish version for our plugin. Thank you for the kind offer, I’ll be sure to let our development team know!
