Good morning – thanks for reaching out. Yes to your first question, no to the second.

You can display logged in user credit balance with short code ‘user_credits’. User credit balance is also shown on My Account page by default.

For second question, we have had a few requests for the one-click purchase that bypasses checkout process, but it is currently not a feature. It is on our dev plan to implement, but there are a couple features in front of it that we’re working on first.

Free is limited to Simple products and one Credit Bundle.
Platinum version works with Simple and Variable products, allows you to create unlimited Credit Bundles and integrates with several other plugins like Woo Subscriptions, Woo Bookings, Gravity Forms, WP Event Plus, etc. Hope that helps, and please let me know if you have additional questions. We updated the label to show only “Credits” (instead of “Download Credits”) so what you are seeing is correct. If you click “Credits” it will allow you to create a Credit Bundle. Screenshot linked below.

Thanks for sending info. Just to reiterate here for others who may come upon this for future reference, when dealing with Variable products, the webinar options panel is located under the individual variations settings tab.

It seems this is posted on wrong plugin support page. Happy to help, but the GoToWP plugin works with GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToTraining products, not Google Analytics.

Everything seems to be working fine on our test servers. Can you provide some more information regarding the product you are trying to edit, specifically:

1) Have you synched the plugin with GoToWebinar in the plugin settings?
2) Is it a simple product or is it setup as a variable?

Ok, it looks like “Request the link” is simply the “Add to cart” functionality. I see 8 payment gateways once I’ve added a product to the cart. If you want to hide Fortumo as a gateway, it seems you could add following to style.css file:

li.wc_payment_method payment_method_fortumo {display: none;}

That would hide it from view, essentially eliminating it as an option for users to select. Hope that helps!

Hi, thanks for post. We are not familiar with the Fortumo gateway, however, if you wish to disable it, can you simply disable it as a plugin? Also, when I hover over the “Request the link” button on the site, I don’t see a URL preview of where it’s taking me, so I’m hesitant to click it. Can you provide a screen shot or description of what happens after that is clicked?
