In the Platinum version of the plugin, you have the ability to manually add/edit each user’s/customer’s credit balance. So, assuming you had a customer list in WordPress and they each had an account with your site, you could add credits to their account, then notify them via email that they have credits to spend once they login to their account. Regarding the “maximum of 10 units/credits” and “one credit is 3 euros” I do not understand clearly enough to comment, but my first impression is that it would require customization.

Thank you for the post. Unfortunately, Platinum version at this time has no additional features for reports. We will check the scenario you’ve outlined above and revert back. In the past, we have not had much access to adding Credit spends to the report section of WooCommerce, but have been trying to figure out a way to add it. We will keep you posted.

Thanks for the update! Yes, the price is for the entire Credit Bundle (not a per credit price), so I think you’re right that initial issue was likely caused by having a quantity of 4 bundles in your cart during checkout.

Yes, in the Platinum version you can advertise bundles using the “buy_credits” shortcode. Tutorial video here: https://woocredits.com/video-tutorials/selling-credit-bundles/

For the second issue, I just tested on one of our dev servers using 1.2.3 of free version with the scenario you outlined and everything appears fine. Screenshots below:

The Platinum version of the plugin works with WooCommerce Booking plugin. Specifically, you can assign credit prices for Fixed blocks, Custom blocks, Resources and Persons. Customer can see credit balance in My Account page.

Also, in Platinum version you can use shortcodes ‘user_credits’ to display their balance on a page or post, and you can also use shortcode ‘buy_credits’ to display a table of the Credit Bundles you’ve created. In Free version, customers can purchase Credits in My Account page.
