Hey @rockytt thanks for reaching out and sorry for the issue you’re experiencing.
I see you requested support through our email already, so I’ll close this ticket, as I’ve replied there.
For others’ reference in the meantime, we will likely release another update to solve this issue.
Hi @bloggy2013 – sorry for the delayed reply. Not sure how I missed this follow up question!
In our PRO version, we are currently working on a “URL rewrite” feature that should be available in the coming weeks. That means that every URL on a page with a mapped domain will be rewritten to the mapped domain. This won’t be available in the Free version, as it’s taking quite some customization and time to develop on our side.
At this point, when you map a domain with the Free version, the URLs on the page will stay as they are originally.
With Domain Mapping System, you can have multiple domains pointed to your single (non-multisite) WordPress instance.
Then, you can choose how to map those domains to specific pages/posts or groups of pages/posts.
While we are working on many other features that make Domain Mapping System a multisite alternative, there are some key differences now.
For instance, multisite divides up your WordPress installation into sub-sites that can only be accessed by certain users. Those sites can be assigned domains as well, but they are really like wholly different sites that can have plugins and themes independently activated on them.
Domain Mapping System may allow similar features in the future, but there are capabilities we won’t implement simply because of the nature of multisite. You can check our Roadmap on our website https://domainmappingsystem.com/roadmap/ and also make feature requests there.
Please let me know if I can clarify the differences any further or answer or other questions.
Awesome! I noticed you mentioned a “network” – just so you know we don’t yet support “multisite networks” if that’s what you’re going for. We do intend on hopefully supporting it in the future, but because it’s an extremely complex integration given the nature of domain mapping, we aren’t 100% sure what that will look like yet.
Anyway, thanks again for letting us know about the site and feel free to reach out with any other questions.
Hey @bloggy2013 thanks so much for letting us know! We were actually in the process of repairing it when I got your message so it should be all good to go now ??
Please let me know if you have any questions or anything else I can help with. We’re always available here or at [email protected].
Hey @roodesign
Thanks for your patience as we worked on this. We just released v1.6.7, which should handle this specific issue.
Before installing the new version, please ensure you have a backup handy in case any problems continue. If anything continues, we’re standing by to streamline a fix.
Looking forward to hearing from you about the results.
@spellhammer i’m having the same problem. It seems the single feature page is not tied to a standard WordPress template or something.
https://domainmappingsystem.com/roadmap/add-google-analytics-integration/
https://domainmappingsystem.com/roadmap/Roadmap page works, but when clicking on the actual request, it shows what you see.
I found that when I disabled Elementor, Really Simple SSL, and W3 Total Cache, the page showed the standard WordPress template, so it seems like you have some plugin conflicts you might need to resolve with these big players.

@roodesign very glad it helped!
Can you please help us with one thing – are you updated to the latest version of WordPress? If not, please let me know what version you’re using.
Additionally, I’m going to mark this ticket as Resolved for now, simply because I’ve already opened up a ticket with our developer for this issue. I will be sure to respond again to this ticket to let you know when the release is made.
You can feel free to post here with any further updates/questions or you can reach our team directly at [email protected] to continue communication via email if you prefer.
Thanks again for your patience as we work to get this resolved.
hello @roodesign thank you for reaching out and I’m sorry for the issue you’re experiencing.
In order to solve this error immediately, what you’ll need to do is deactivate the plugin until our developer can look into this and get it resolved. Do you have access to FTP? What you can do is either delete the plugin folder named “domain-mapping-system” or change the folder name to something like “domain-mapping-system-temp”. If you don’t have access to FTP, you can contact your web hosting provider and they can do the same thing.
I will report this error to our developer so we can get it resolved for you ASAP. We are currently working on the next release, so we should be able to include any fixes for this issue in the next release, however, I can’t guarantee an exact timeframe as to when that will be available (I don’t want to promise anything and then disappoint you with something taker longer to resolve).
Please let me know if you’re able to deactivate the plugin in the method described, and I’ll be sure to follow up on this ticket as soon as the fix is available.
I greatly appreciate your patience in the meantime.
Best regards,

This has been resolved
@sdenis quick follow up on this – do you have any idea? Thanks again for your time.
@dexdeckersgmailcom thanks so much for reaching out and I’m sorry for the issue you were experiencing. I appreciate you sharing the details and appreciate even more the edit you provided ??
We’ll take note of the incompatibility with 5.7.4 moving forward, but we likely won’t dedicate any resources to resolving it, as it’s not the latest version of WordPress.
If you have any questions about the plugin moving forward, please always feel free to post here or contact us at [email protected]. I’m glad the issue was easily resolved, and we look forward to hearing from you in the future.
@vupdraft thanks for the reply!
What mechanisms on the server side would control cookies? We have root access on a VPS, but would prefer to know how to handle this if only cPanel access is given for some clients.
Also, this issue only seems to happen on some sites. E.g. – I installed AIOWPS on around 50 sites recently, importing all the same preconfigured settings. Only about 5-10 of them have this requirement to attempt logging in twice to successfully get in, showing the cookie error the first time around.
I don’t think it actually has to do with cookies…I’m able to login successfully when attempting the second time without any changes on the server side.
Any idea specifically why it would not allow the first login attempt and then allow the second? I feel like that is some bug that could be fixed, as there aren’t any configuration settings changed in between login attempts.
Thanks again for your insight.
@sdenis thank you kindly for your assistance.
Enabling “Fix Broken HTML” had this effect – https://www.dropbox.com/s/jszednes9bqj3dr/Screen%20Shot%202021-09-21%20at%2011.44.02%20AM.png?dl=0
Otherwise, having the other 3 enabled individually or simultaneously had no effect.
Disabling Elementor makes the translation for the 2 items work fine, so I think it’s a conflict with their plugin. This shows the page in English with Elementor deactivated – https://www.dropbox.com/s/p50a7nosnl9yq0v/Screen%20Shot%202021-09-21%20at%2011.49.09%20AM.png?dl=0
In my testing, caching was cleared at all levels each time (disabled CDN, incognito browser, and clearing server cache manually).
Thank you again for your assistance!
