In reply to: Can’t access blog through URLYou need to set up an alias in your host’s control panel.
Since you set up the blog to read from ‘victoriabcconcierge.com’, you need to have your host’s DN servers also point to ‘www.victoriabcconcierge.com’.
You do this by adding an alias, which will be ‘www.victoriabcconcierge.com’
That’s done on the control panel of most hosts.

In reply to: This is bad, right? That’s an issue with the SQL database you’re using and it’s entirely your host’s fault.
“Database Connection” means that the SQL server isn’t connecting, so all you can do is open a trouble ticket with your host or wait it out.

In reply to: WordPress Editor — *** SCREAM ***IMO the RT editor is terrible. I do all my pages in an HTML editor, then paste into WP, but the RTE would add all kinds of odd code, even when I pasted the HTML code directly. It took me quite a while to figure out that I could disable the RTE feature.
Show us a link to your page.. I may be able to help.

In reply to: editing header image in default themeHere’s the way I got it to work:
Rename your image to: kubrickheader.jpg
go to wp-content/themes/default/images
and upload your jpg.Refresh and it’ll work right as rain.
