if people are having issues with wordpress, they should hire actual support. saying its not “commercial” is a joke, same owner putting the same green in his pocket. even if the .org sold 0 products it still promotes the .com. regardless there should be real qualified support staff available.

wordpress makes enough money to hire a support team, why anyone would waste their time doing this for free i will never understand. WordPress can learn something from Namecheap.com..

so in reality what you guys mean is “don’t hold your breath, we probably won’t answer your questions or issues so you should think about hiring someone”
