This may or may not be a factor. The size of the download and the php memory allowed by the hosting environment. All these downloads I had were fairly large audios. Actually one way that helped was moving those files to Amazon.

I’m betting you may know this though because of your time using WordPress. There is an “i” bubble next to those settings that say something about problems serving downloads.

If that plugin works, it sounds like the orders weren’t actually completing all the way through then? Like the order would complete as far as the purchase and email but not as far as to trigger the download links.

Hi, that is good to hear that the plugin WooCommerce Autocomplete Order will fix the problem.

As @hapke said the reason is anything else but the table prefix (or should be). I’m not exactly sure. I didn’t get to it in this thread or this happened after, but a call to the host WPEngine reported errors. It was something along the lines of failed to drop table …

So, it could still be a database problem, even though it shouldn’t be because Woocommerce allows for changed database prefixes. @mikejolley said that, which I expected.

Here is a recent post tested with WordPress 3.8 on how to add the tour for a newly activated theme. There is a comment from someone who used the directions but made it for a plugin instead.

Neither of these work for me. I actually want the tour for when a client first visits my custom backend.

For best results the Facebook image size should be 600 x 315 at the current time.

It can fluctuate apparently, but at least use 200×200 which is what is was previously. I have a photoshop source that I pop shared images into and use the 600 x 315 specifically for every post with clients.

Killer, Marko! I got this worked out.

I copied and pasted the value_options for tabify-edit-screen into the site that needed it and good to go!

I will just save the option_value in Evernote for now.

Great man, found it and learned something new. I figured there were more database tables than show by default. I looked around and found how to show all the tables and found tabify.

Here is a screenshot of my set up.

Your plugin makes the post edit screen to make much much more sense and way less cluttered.

I want to make this default for my and client website setups.

If you find a way to extend this to a pro version, I would be glad to support.

I saw tabify-edit-screen referenced in your other thread and looked for it before I posted this thread. How do I find option > tabify-edit-screen?

I’m somewhat familiar with the database tables. When I search the wp_options I don’t see any tabify-edit-sreen reference. I also have search the other via phpMyAdmin.

Where should I look? I’m in localhost.

It may be a bug. I’m sort of looking for this answer.

When I disable the reviews via the check box in the product tab the entire product itself disappears and if I apply css to remove the review tab (for the moment) the entire product disappears as well. I’m still building this store so I left it to come back to it later.

Any ideas anyone?
