The DB settings were correct; These are the only 2 items that transferred over to the db
ost_ticket__cdata wp_ost_emailtemp
Marco I have the s Database settings matching. It says “Your settings saved successfully…Thank you!” so that is working. In the OST settings it will not save online. If that matters.

This is the message I am getting. I have not been able to see any tickets etc..
