In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Forms no longer submit with php 8If I revert to PHP 7 I’ll encounter all kinds of other problems though, so I’m not really willing to risk it for a “band-aid” fix… Wish someone would provide some good answers! Or a patch/update!!!!

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form not submittingSeems like a pretty common/ubiquitous issue right now, surprised we haven’t heard anything back yet. No response on other similar threads either. ??

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Automatic Restore? That’s kind of what I thought, but my host company (Hostinger) is telling me that the issue we are experiencing is due to your plugin, which I do not believe.
The issue is that somehow our Updraft Plus plugin has been deleted from the website, and the old plugin from Bluehost (from before we migrated) is actually re-installed. I have a feeling this is because of Hostinger’s servers (or, rather their hPanel, which can control backups, plugins, etc.).
Seeing as how they refuse to address that the problem could be from their end, and instead blamed YOUR plugin for this problem, that is why I wanted to touch base. To be able to have some information from your developers to go back to them with.
Thank you for the current information, and if there is any further information/proof you can supply that would help me troubleshoot with my host company (Hostinger), I would be very appreciative.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Save Button Not WorkingI’ve already deactivated the plugins (as I mentioned in an earlier comment) and that didn’t help fix things. Yes, of course I tried clearing all cache data as well. However, upon switching the theme to WP 2019 (a “default” theme), I was in fact able to fix the issue. That said, I’d rather keep my theme and find a new Contact Form than rearrange my entire site to make a theme work with the Contact Form 7 Plugin. Make sense? So, knowing that there seems to be a conflict with the Catch Base Theme, are you able to debug the plugin to make it work with said theme? Or should I just find another form plugin? Honest question.

However, I’ve done my diligence before contacting this forum and disabled the plugins one by one (read previous comment) and am still experiencing the same issue, so I’m almost certain it’s not a plugin conflict.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Save Button Not Working@rmedias Glad it’s not just me. I disabled all plugins (except Contact Form 7) to try to troubleshoot, still seeing the same issue. It’s a bit tough to try to debug using browser or WP native tools, since the problem seems to be “interstitial”, in an empty space between any actual page or element I can access. Hoping there’s a fix soon! It’s keeping my form from submitting properly as I need to make a change to the sender address but can’t!

In reply to: [Jeg Elementor Kit] Jkit Elements Not WorkingNo still, seeing problems. I did find a fix however, by turning off WPOptimize, a caching plugin. However, I do need that plugin, so maybe you can make sure your plugin works with that, as it is a fairly ubiquitous plugin. As for caching, look, we’ve been through the caching thing so many times. Obviously, that was the first thing I tried, of course I tried running in incognito mode as well, and still saw the same issues (so I doubt you actually tried incognito mode, or you would have seen the same problem, unless you checked it after I had already turned off WPOptimize, in which case everything would have looked fine). Let me know if you want to trouble shoot more, and I can turn WPOptimize back on, as that’s the plugin that is conflicting with JKit and causing this problem.
Thanks for the response. I’ll check with WP-Optimize and check back in.
