Samsarin PHP Widget does not work either.

Samsarin PHP Widget seems to be the same as PHP Code.. I will try it and let you know if it works.

Is there another plugin like this or another one similiar to widget logic I could try?

It is working now.. and I would love to share what the problem was but I changed so many things I am not sure what it is I actually did to make it work.
