I’m actually surprised your plugin doesn’t check to see if the API is available. If it’s not, just show cached content. Has that ever been considered?

Yeah, and they’ve abandoned their paid pro users, too. Such a shame.

Quite frankly, a heads up would have been nice. Other plugins give fair warnings when they no longer support certain versions of PHP.
