In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] [Facebook Catalog] Product descriptionHello, thank you for your answer.
I did mess around with the files that generates the feed and I managed to get assign the title as description but another issue arised. My POS that syncs my inventory between my store and the web syncs the products after calculating taxes and the prices are like 19,9999999991 . Woocommerce rounds this price correctly to 20 when I created the feed via Pixel Cafeine this value was assigned to the product and facebook threw an error saying that I have too many demicals to my prices and I should limit them to 2 demicals.
I am sorry, I reinstalled wordpress and woocommerce and reconfigure everything to be as before. The plugin now is working great, I guess the database changes that Woocommerce 3.0 did messed up my existing database. With the fresh install no error occurred with this plugin.
Well, I was trying to fix this because if I did set the page to another one but the one with the terms everything was fine. But if I used the actual terms and conditions page, then nothing but the title was showing in the popup. Now the plugin is stuck, if I change an option and hit save it does not save anything and I am unable to fix since the plugin does not clean itself from the database when I unistall it.
I can confirm the checkbox is back but now the Terms and Conditions popup is empty.

In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] Pixel Caffeine breaks Woocommerce Product FilterThe file is there. I cannot ask them their support is very very bad and I am sure the answer will be that it pixels fault. They did before for another issue. Well I guess I cannot use pixel caffeine now.
Well I think the developer will fix it. He/She seems active in the support threads.

In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] Pixel Caffeine breaks Woocommerce Product FilterNo sorry there is no error messages appearing even with WP_DEBUG set to true.
Hello again,
just to let you know if you want to create a new ad account for facebook you can just change the currency your account is using. This will create a new account, then you can test the plugin and when you are done you can delete the new account.
I do not know if you do anything but with the update the problem solved. I can see all my accounts, although it might be still a problem if I create a new account but for now I can activate the pixel I want.
Well I am using wp-rocket but I cleared cache and even I if I wouldnt clear it, wp-rokcet is not caching wp-admin. I do not want to try mess up with the database because I did it once with a plugin and messed up my product categories. If you are willing to tell which transient exaclty to clean I would do it manually. Did you test to reproduce the problem I have to one of your accounts? Is it everything ok to your end?
Yes I did that. I also deleted the app from facebook apps but the problem is still there.
I also deleted the ad account that has the first pixel and the only account I got is the one with the new pixel in the Facebook but in Caffeine plugin I can see the old account and nothing else. Seems like a wordpress cache problem if there is any.- This reply was modified 8 years ago by bpan.
