I wanted to provide you with an update on the progress we've made regarding the issue. Here's what I have done so far:

I created a STG (staging) site that is an exact replica of the production site.

I performed the theme conflict process by switching to the Twenty Twenty theme and deactivating all plugins, except for the following:

The Events Calendar (v6.0.13)

The Events Calendar Pro (v6.0.12)

I cleared the cache to ensure a fresh start.

Unfortunately, the issue with the Event Date Time block is still persisting. I have taken additional steps to address the problem:

I updated The Events Calendar to v6.1.1.

I updated The Events Calendar Pro to v6.1.0.

Despite these updates, the issue continues to occur. I have attached the console log for your reference.

For files:

The ‘filename’ column in wp_bsk_pdf_manager_pdfs table needs to have the file path i.e. wp-content/uploads/bsk-pdf-manager/2022/07/44_SCHOOL_UNIFORM_POLICY.pdf

Previously the value was only set to 44_SCHOOL_UNIFORM_POLICY.pdf

This has been updated for a file and this has resolved the issue.

I will apply the change to the remaining files.

Update:

For categories:

Table: wp_bsk_pdf_manager_cats

The column for the category title has changed from “cat_title” to “title”. I will perform a SQL query to update these, and advise.

For files:

Our WP places media in uploads/YYYY/MM but all our uploads for the plugin are in uploads/bsk-pdf-manager

I can move the files into the correct positions, as it seems the plugin is now looking for different paths.

@3sonsdevelopment I am not manually removing hundreds of categories, but it looks like Square doesn’t have bulk category management removal.

I have another query with regards to the tax.

I understand that Square cannot sync the tax rates.

We enter the products into WooCommerce using the tax-inclusive price and then sync this to Square.

When products are syncing to Square now, the Square POS is adding an additional 10% tax to the price.

In Square under Business information, Sales taxes, we have a custom 10% tax setup with Tax application *Custom amounts enabled and Tax calculation (include tax in item price) enabled. Each time a product is added, it seems we need to manually enable each item for tax in Square too. How can square apply the tax automatically when products are added/sync via WooCommerce and display the sync price from WooCommerce without adding an additional 10%? for sales tax?

I’ve been looking into this further and have discovered on each product in the database there are two custom field types:
– wc_square_synced
– wcsquare_disable_sync

Has the field changed when the plugin was updated recently?

Does the Square sync function rely on which field to be set?

I wonder if this is contributing to our issue.

Is there an easier way to pass remove the database values in one command?

Kindly advise.

They are all different objects, do I need to remove them to get this going in the interim? Will it fail each subsequent time?
