I can see you website still use plugin Autoptimize to minify file script.

Can you try to disable function minify file or deactivate this plugin to debug.

I think you should make full backup of your website and try to update template.

If we have any issue after update you can restore website again by full backup before.

To change the default URL of custom logo at the top menu you should have more skills for development and you can change this from file:

onepress\inc\template-tags.php

Function: onepress_site_logo()

But that like we have modified template and when you update version of template in the future they will replace by default code.
