Also, on the last purchase the buyer did not get the Receipt email with download links. I had to “resend” manually.

We can close this ticket. I figured out what was happening and where the signature is created.

I did as you suggested and downloaded and installed the Images to WebP plugin. Backed up my site and ran the plugin selecting the Uploads folders and used the Convert Existing Images link. All I’m getting is this and so far about 500 of them. Am I doing something wrong and what does this indicate? Thanks

Thank you for the quick reply and for answering my questions.

I was considering upgrading to Pro level, but until I can get the regular version to working properly again, I’ll have to wait.

I did as you instructed. Followed the documentation explicitly and still getting the same results. Same error message as before.

Robin, thank you for the suggestion of the exporter, but that doesn’t give me the results I’m needing. It results in numbers for user id’s and I’d prefer it to look more like the Admin page of Topics. It would take me days to try and convert the numbers into names.

I’m having this issue when trying to split or move a topic or reply in BBPress. I’m unable to find the “event-editor.php” file. Where and How do I find and get to this file? I’ve done a search in cPanel File Manager and it comes back with no file found.
Help appreciated.

UPDATE: Actually, my sites did update to 5.0.1 with Gutenberg. The Culprit is SiteOrigin Page Builder Plugin. When I try to create a “New Page” the reason Gutenberg Blocks doesn’t appear is because SiteOrigin Page Builder is “Activated”. My concern now is, if I de-activate SiteOrigin, will the pages I built with SiteOrigin, disappear or will they revert back to a previous editor or revert to the Gutenberg Block Editor? I’m reluctant to test by de-activation without knowing what the end results will be or recoverable.
Has anyone experienced this same situation and how did you deal with it?
