Hi @shanedelierrr.
Do I have to apply a translation to something that I have not modified? I don’t know what I should modify. I have no idea what the problem is.
After testing, I got this error in Apache.
[Thu Nov 09 10:26:36.177626 2023] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 2758756:tid 139926377051904] [client 170.253.22.15:0] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught ArgumentCountError: 6 arguments are required, 5 given in /home/XXXXCENSOREDXXXXX/www/wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/core/modules/two-factor/includes/template.php:94\nStack trace:\n#0 /home/XXXXCENSOREDXXXXX/www/wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/core/modules/two-factor/includes/template.php(94): printf('En dispositivos...', '</a>', '<a href="https:...', '<a href="https:...', '<a href="https:...')\n#1 /home/XXXXCENSOREDXXXXX/www/wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/core/modules/two-factor/class-itsec-two-factor-on-board.php(299): require_once('/home/XXXXCENSOREDXXXXX/w...')\n#2 /home/XXXXCENSOREDXXXXX/www/wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/core/lib/class-itsec-lib-login-interstitial.php(672): ITSEC_Two_Factor_On_Board->render(Object(ITSEC_Login_Interstitial_Session), Array)\n#3 /home/XXXXCENSOREDXXXXX/www/wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/core/lib/class-itsec-lib-login-interstitial.php(418): ITSEC_Lib_Login_Interstitial->login_html(Object(ITSEC_Login_Interstitial_Session))\n#4 /home/XXXXCENSOREDXXXXX/www/wp-content/plugins/...', referer: https://XXXXCENSOREDXXXXX/wp-login.php?XXXXCENSOREDXXXXX
- Could you please describe what happens when the skip/continue links are clicked?
- When the customer clicks the jump button doesn’t work, it clicks and doesn’t work. It’s like disabled.
- What happens if they load /wp-admin in the URL instead of skipping the 2FA Onboarding step?
- I have not tried. But I’m almost sure it would access wp-admin correctly. Because they log in correctly.
- Could you also confirm if the issue persists when they deactivate all the other plugins except Solid Security and temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme?
- Unfortunately no, all sites are in production. If another of my clients suffers from this again, I will try it.
I have recreated the problem again. I have created a user (in solid basic) and when I go to log in with his username and password, this window pops up:
It is impossible to jump or configure. But you do access the website if you visit /wp-admin/ In addition, a warning appears in the console, I don’t know if it is directly related to it.
On this website, it would be the third similar case that I have come across. Different from the other two websites.

In reply to: [Trusty Whistleblowing Solution] Plugin setup with existing accountSame problem, I signed up for Trusty first and then installed the plugin. Now it tells me that the subdomain already exists. That’s why?
What is the procedure? After 4 months of initialing the ticket, there is no response? pouf
Shalom, thank you very much for your answer and suggestion. I’ll try with it.
I was asking this in case it was possible to identify in some way what method or what zone they are trying to log in to, if it is in the default url of wordpress (or the one I modified) or from another type of file or section of the web, to try fix it. Thank you so much
SOLVED! THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO ALL!
In the absence of solving the problem of SODIUM in Wordprees and my accommodation in DINAHOSTING.
Thank you very much.
After updating to the latest version without errors. When I access the settings:
wp-admin/admin.php?page=itsec
It throws the following fatal error:

I’ve finally had a bit of time to move on.
Indeed, following your steps, I have managed to install version 8.1.2. Now I just have to upgrade to 8.1.3 and see what happens. But I will do that in the next session.
I’ll keep you posted. Thank you very much for everything.
This is what support updated with me:
Per our developers, this issue is indeed a WordPress Core bug (see #56860). However, as one of our developers mentioned in the forum post, iThemes Security will be updated to try and load the Sodium Compat library manually.
In the meantime, you may also reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to update the libsodium library in your server to the latest version (v1.0.11).
You both agree that my server should update sodium to the latest version, but it doesn’t seem to be an easy thing for them…
My hosting now says:
EN:
Hello, In response to your query, the server where the hosting is hosted already has version 1.0.11-2. If you want a superior one, you can migrate to a debian 11 server completely free of charge.
ES:
Hola, En respuesta a tu consulta, el servidor donde se encuentra alojado el hosting ya tiene la versión 1.0.11-2. Si quieres una superior, puedes migrar a un servidor con debian 11 de forma totalmente gratuíta.

After the first investigations with the Ithemes support, I have this as a novelty:
extension: yes sodium_crypto_box: yes sodium_crypto_box_details: internal compat_loaded: no sodium_crypto_aead_xchacha20poly1305_ietf_encrypt: no sodium support enabled sodium compiled version 2.0.23 libsodium headers version 1.0.11 libsodium library version 1.0.11
I am not sure if everything that should be active is active.
For now I do not have a response from support, as soon as I know something more, do not doubt that I will share it.
Thank you very much!

The response received by email is confusing. It seems they haven’t bothered to read what’s going on.
Hi,
You can temporarily disable Security Pro’s features by adding the code below to your wp-config.php file above the “That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.” comment. Note you’ll need to remove it to re-enable the features of Security Pro.
define(‘ITSEC_DISABLE_MODULES’, true);
If entering that code does not allow you to log in then the Security plugin will not be the cause of the lockout. If you need assistance entering the code above you can see how to edit the wp-config.php file in this article.
@shanedelierrr Thank you very much, I just sent an email.
Thank you very much for your help. I tried to install it in several ways, in the two indicated PHP versions, and the result was the same. I can’t activate the plugin.
– Browser: Google Chrome 106.0.5249.119
– PHP Version: 7.4.30 and 8.0.23
– WordPress Version: 6.0.2
– Plugin Version: Last versionHi!
In PHP we are using PHP 8.0.23 and WordPress latest version.
Previously we were using 7.4.30 PHP on both of them, it throws the same error. The same thing happens in both versions.
