Hello there,

I want to mention that I have experienced a similar problem.

Since installing the plugin, my Facebook Ad account is now restricted, which is really strange. I’ve never run any ads on my account (yet.)

Please help me out, because now I can’t set up my shop.

I’m also super confused about business manager account, commerce manager, pexel, it’s just giving me a headache trying to get all of this working!

I’d appreciate your help asap.

On a separate issue with this plugin, the Facebook messenger button is quite intrusive; it puts a rectangular box around the whole of the bottom screen, which sometimes covers up important buttons beneath it.

Can I just show the messenger simple without the popup rectangular message box, so that you have to actually physically click the messenger button to interact with it?

Even though my page is a business page, and I am the admin of this page, when I try and set up my shop tab through Facebook’s commerce manager, I get the following messages for my Facebook pages: “this business manager account can’t be selected because it doesn’t meet our requirements for shops.”

How do I fix this?
