Could you check if “Display available time slots in client’s time zone” option is disabled in Settings? And have you changed the time settings in Staff members section as well?

Hello, thanks for your feedback. Regarding the time slots length, please consider enabling the Time slot length > Slot length as service duration. This way time intervals will be divided according to the service duration and you avoid idle time.
