The Bookly plugin and its add-ons are hosted on your server, and we do not have access to your hosting provider’s database. Hence, we do not collect or store any personal information.

For the business hours, please check your staff member’s working schedule in the Staff Members section and ensure your time zone settings are correctly configured. We recommend selecting a city in your WordPress timezone settings instead of using fixed hours (WordPress > Settings > General > Timezone).
To resolve the category issue, assign each service to a category, and the ‘Uncategorized’ option will disappear. If you prefer not to use categories, you can hide the drop-down field when publishing your booking form.

Yes. By default, the booking page is available to any user. If you don’t have plugins that enable you to limit access to any content on your site, then it’s available to all visitors.
