Thanks to tristan083, now I can change the position of all day event by changing of its publish date. If somebody has the same problem, the solution is here.

I totally agree that some things are beyond your scope of support. But this case is not about personal customization. In this way I’m just trying to solve the problem that was caused due to the plugin’s bug. I would be very grateful if you give me a piece of code and tell me where to insert it for fixing. Sure, it’s obvious.) On my site I have ONLY “single-events that starts and ends on the same day“. No start/end time, no multi-day events. The problem is that both of settings you’ve mentioned doesn’t work.
