Thanks Nebu.
Going forward, we have removed associated “Conditions” for post submission behavior in both our forms and now users are redirected to provided URL in a new tab and if they go back to previous tab they will see success message. This is not desired or user friendly behavior but if this is all we can do, then we will live with it for a while until we can find a better solution.
For the other issue with “Currency” field that cutting numbers. This happens when Formatting in Settings selected to one of other than default version for “Separators”. You can try to replicate at your end doing the same (see Currency field settings screenshot)
At the meantime, we will close the ticket. Thanks for your support.
Thanks for prompt reply Nebu.
- I have tried suggested option “Redirect on a new tab and show thank you a message on the form page” and it did not work either. We have 2 different forms and both have same behavior settings. However after submission they behave differently: From 1 – Dos not open redirect URL in a new tab and shows wrong “success” message on the top of the form. From 2 – Immediately redirects to the redirect page in the same tab without showing any success message. So both behaviors are not correct.
- I have also noticed another issue with Forms. I have Currency fields. When user submits data for example 450,000, the notification email shows 450. Please advise if you want me to open a separate ticket.
For the behavior issue, it is not important how to make it work (the conditions). For us important that user has clear indication that form has been submitted and he/she redirected to a target page.
Let me know if you need clarification. Thanks for your support.
