It says your free support doesn’t include bugs?

I have had to debug this myself and found there is a bug in your Review Markup plugin. Please see screenshot of debug.log – https://snipboard.io/ehHDgN.jpg – shows a PHP fatal error on line 850

I have updated to v3.1.15 and the issue disappeared.

Are you able to reproduce the bug at your end?

This issue is not resolved. The onus is on the developers to fix bugs. Its not standard practice to give PHP log files from our servers to people I don’t know.

Update: Have rolled back the plugin from v3.1.14 to v3.1.13 and the bug disappears.

Ive cleared the cache after the changes and the result is the same. When I use the Woody plugin it works fine.

Just tested the new code, and it still has the same problem. Only the word alt is placed in the code. Can you send me a patch that I can use in the meantime which fixes the backslahes from being stripped?

I tried the new code, but it doesn’t work and simply adds the word “alt” only. In my case it’s supposed to say alt=”Avatar for Col” but with your code it simply says alt.

You need to rollback cf7. Its a bugged update.
