you are right .. the plugin is OK , it was a conflict with another plugin , I removed the other one and all working .. thanks.
I would like to ask some more features, if it OK from your side:
1- to add global cost to products (like countries) and can be disabled from product page.
2- extra cost as percent, additional for fixed one.
3- support for variable product , so every kind get another extra cost (I am using Tickets site.. so kid ticket with extra cost 2$ , adult ticket with extra cost 5$…etc ).
