Done!
This morning I saw that you have introduced an update of this plugin including a “Danish” translation.
I due not know how you made it – my guess is Bing or Google.
Unfortunately, there are some minor eye-sores that have to be taking care of.
Front-end translations:
Driving -> i Bil
Biking -> p? Cykel
Walking -> til Fods
Get Directions -> Vis VejBack-end translations:
Whenever in English you are using “Successfully” we are saying “” anything else will be seen as poor, old-fashion use of the Danish language. (That is why this word sometimes is translated into “successive”.
I would like to review and correct the Danish translation. Just tell me how you want it?
I can in Loco-Translate download .po and .mo files and subsequently send them by mail?

In reply to: How to show a single image from Gallery in Twenty theme?I am sorry, but you are wrong.
I have now changed the settings (and I have tried that before) and it doesn’t work.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Twenty Seventeen] Template for viewing and commenting an imageMy optimism described above went south. Nothing is working related to my photo gallery!
If you look at my site you will se a presentation of a gallery, which is OK https://vang.nu/det-gamle-fiskerleje/postkort-fra-vang/
However, if you then click on an image the site is leaving the theme and just shows the image. I want the image to be inside the theme, as large as possible.
It is important that viewer are able to leave comments to the pictures.

In reply to: [Twenty Seventeen] Template for viewing and commenting an imageFirst part: My fault!
I created the gallery using “link” – old habit from another wp-web where this is necessary in order to make the pop-up view work. Example: [gallery link="file" ids="162,163,164"]But, The theme is using the medium size image. How do I change it to large image?
I would really like to have a page/image navigation on my page. How do I do that?
I think the problem is in my child theme. My reason for doing the child theme -long time ago – was to add a better translation of the comment part to the theme.
Where exactly is the Akismet Statement added inside the comment part of the theme?
I have solve the problem by adding your statement from one of the other wp installation to this theme (in Danish) – including the link to: https://akismet.com/privacy/

In reply to: [Facebook Group to WordPress] how is the list with FB-entries generated?The complete solution is to create 3 files for the theme:
single-fb_group_post.php
archive-fb_group_post.php
content-fb_group_post.phpThe three files are simply made by copying single.php, archive.php and content.php and then correcting to the desired look. (It’s easier to copy and correct, than to write brand new files – otherwise I could have done with the first 2 files only.)
In my theme, a TwentyTwelve child, I also had to make a new function by copying an existing function and delete some content.

In reply to: [Facebook Group to WordPress] Localisation of the PluginBy using a Localisation plugin: Codestyling Localization, it was possible to write a translation in Danish. After translation and generation of a mo-file the file had to be moved from from its position inside the plugin to /wp-content/language/plugins before the translation was effective.
The name of the language file is something with fbgr2wp
I also tried the localisation plugin: Loco, but it wasent able to generate a correct language file.
Hi there,
There are several topics resolved with this issue. Did you try search?
Hope it helps.
If you read my text you can see that I actually did, but didn’t find it relevant to search additional spaces or lines in php files. and that the other part of re-installing the plugins also failed.
Delete the directory /home/www/fancyskirts.dk/wp-content/plugins/easy-facebook-likebox then reinstall that plugin to get the version that fixes this problem. You can use FTP or your hosting control panel’s file manager to delete the directory.
.
I tried to use my FTP to delete and reinstall the plugins. I have now tried to delete and re-install the plugins one more time, but this time doing the following1) delete all plugins using FTP
2) visit controlpanel/ plugins not before this visit will the wp deactivate missing plugins
3) upload fresh copies of the plugins using the controlpanel/plugins/add new
4) activate the plugins one-by-onewhen I did this exercise one of the plugins came up with an error warning.
It was the mentioned Easy Facebook Likebox, which where generating the problems.
(i usually do not believe that autogenerated error message get the right plugin – My experience is that it can as easily be the one plugin loaded before or after the mentioned.)thank you very much for your input

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Items not translatedI have now installed Loco Translate. (Works better than the old CodeStyling Localization)
I can see that only 75% of the lines are translated into Danish.
One problem is that I cannot using search: Ctrl+F. Well, luckily my lines where almost side by side.
The problem with making my own/local translations to the Woocommerce-plugin is that it will be overwritten next time there’s an update. So I just hope that the translation next time includes my additions.
And then there is my old soapbox: When you in English use the word “cart” on a click-button, you actually mean “the cart” and not “a cart”. But in Danish “a cart” = “en kurv” and “the cart” = “kurven”. Unfortunately, translation into local language is performed by volunteers and the local language grammar is not always correct. It would therefore be good if the front-end headers and press-button texts could be changed in the setup – but that’s another story.
