Hi @riccardo79
Can you please try updating to the latest version of the MainWP Dashboard 4.3.1 and see if that solves the issue?
Additionally, please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except for the MainWP Dashboard and see if that helps.
Thank you for your patience.
We have tried to reproduce this issue for many days, but unfortunately, it simply does not occur in our setup.
We have tried using the path changing only available in the free version of the plugin and all the path changing that’s available in the Pro version. We have observed no issues with MainWP Dashboard functionality with either of those two plugin versions.
Additionally, we have tried changing all paths only on the child site and on both the Dashboard and the child site. We then used this Dashboard and Child site for many days testing other unrelated stuff – meaning, it was in daily use. And still, not once has the Child Site disconnected or shown any issues at all.
We must conclude that the issue is caused by a combination of some other factors and not just the Hide My WP Ghost plugin.
If you manage to isolate the additional factors that are causing this issue, please let us know, and we will investigate further.Hey @jubilo

Hey @jubilo
Can you please run an SSL check for that website on a third-party service and see if there are any issues?
And is Cloudflare the Certificate Authority for that certificate?
Hi all,
We’ve managed to isolate the cause of this issue.
Please see this help article for more information about how to resolve it: https://kb.mainwp.com/docs/how-to-fix-the-empty-manage-sites-table-after-update-to-version-4-3/If you would still be facing the same issue, please open a private ticket so we can assist you.
Thank you for informing the MainWP community about the interaction of MainWP Update detection and the
DISALLOW_FILE_MODS
feature. And you are correct in the assumption that this is not an issue with MainWP but simply a consequence of the functionality of
DISALLOW_FILE_MODS

As has been mentioned, PHP 8.1 is not fully supported by MainWP yet.
And since we couldn’t reproduce the issue with Admin path changing, please open a private Help Desk ticket so we can investigate the issue further.
