Thank you for the debug log.
We are looking into it.
Hi @gnetworkau
This line “Warning: Undefined array key “index_type” in /home/domains/www/domain.com/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php on line 2873” doesn’t seem related to the fatal error.
Can you please enable WP debugging as explained here, and then try re-installing and activating MainWP. If you get an error again, please take a look in the debug log and share the relevant lines here.
Thanks

In reply to: [MainWP Dashboard: WordPress Management without the SaaS] Missing imageTry going to Settings > General Settings, and see if the Show favicon settings is enabled?
After that, go to the Manage Sites page, select all sites in the table, and then from the Bulk Actions menu, select Reload Favicons, and click Apply.
Developers of “Easy Updates Manager” have confirmed the issue and are working on a fix.
I’m marking this thread as resolved.

Hi @groovyx9
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Considering the issue is only present with the latest version of the Easy Updates Manager plugin, it would appear that the issue must be addressed by its development team.
I can see that you’ve informed them as well, so let’s see what their investigation into the issue reveals.
Hi @aneeq000
I think that the problem is caused by field sanitization, which is done for increased security.
Please open a private Help Desk ticket so we can investigate this further, and we will see if we can enable the title formatting again without compromising security. https://mainwp.com/my-account/get-support/
