Hey @pattyland
Can you give us more info about this “handlebars” plugin which is causing this conflict so we can look into it further?
Hey @jurgenmo
The latest version of MainWP v5.2 introduced REST API Version 2.
However, the old Version 1 keys have been inadvertently deactivated. We are working on a fix for this.
As a workaround, we suggest creating a new REST API Key, and enabling the Legacy API credentials to reveal Consumer Key and Secret that you can use to authenticate the browser extension.
Please see step 6 in this help article for more information: https://kb.mainwp.com/docs/mainwp-browser-extensions/
Just to give everyone an update on this –
We are currently investigating this, and it’s still undetermined if there is an issue with the Cron in v5.2.
Once we have more information, I will share it with you in this thread. If anyone is facing these problems, please feel free to open a private help desk ticket so we can
investigate further: https://mainwp.com/my-account/get-support/Thanks for the update.
Currently, it’s not possible to use both WP Cron and a server-side cron to trigger manual syncs in the MainWP Dashboard.
Our development will look into adding support for it in a future release, though there is no ETA at the moment.
Hey @benny54
We haven’t observed issues with the sync Cron job in the version 5.2.
Since you are using a server-side cron jobs, the use of WP Cron should be disabled in MainWP Settings (under Advanced Settings).
If that is disabled and the issue persists, please open a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further. https://mainwp.com/my-account/get-support/

In reply to: [MainWP Child Reports] WooCommerce IncompatibilityHey @artprojectgroup
We have reproduced this issue when editing tax values on the Tax rates pages (Standard rates, Reduced rate rates, Zero rate rates).
The fix for this will be included in the next release of the MainWP Child Reports plugin.Hi @babrees
We are aware of an issue with locating existing backups in the MainWP UpdraftPlus extension, although the files themselves are not actually missing in our tests.
However, since the UpdraftPlus extension is not offered through www.remarpro.com, we are not able to provide support for it through this forum.

Perhaps you might be using MainWP to manage your WordPress sites, but we do not personally manage the development of your web sites.
More importantly, MainWP plugins do not use polyfill.io and bootcss.com libraries, so I believe this needs to be reported to a different party.
Our code is available on Github so you can verify the claims about the use of these libraries:

Glad to hear you’ve managed to resolve this and thanks for reporting this to us.
We’ve identified an issue with the visibility of the Settings icon in the Classic theme. It will be addressed in the next release of the MainWP Dashboard.
Hey @benny54
I was not able to reproduce this issue using the latest versions of the Dashboard (5.1) and the Sucuri extension (5.0).
Since the Sucuri extension is not offered through www.remarpro.com, we are not able to provide support for it through this forum.
Should the issue persist, please create a topic on our community site: https://managers.mainwp.com/

In reply to: [MainWP Dashboard: WordPress Management without the SaaS] Website Down?Hey @lazarbwl
We’ve had a temporary issue on mainwp.com which has since been resolved.
I also want to point out that the functionality?mainwp.com?website is entirely unrelated to the functionality of this plugin and the self-hosted nature of the MainWP Dashboard.
Can you please try Resetting Page settings by following the steps from this KB: https://kb.mainwp.com/docs/reset-page-settings/
This is a one-time action some user have to do, due to major changes we’ve implemented in version 5.
You are most welcome.
I am glad you’ve managed to found the conflict and thanks for letting us know.
Hey @oceandigitals
We haven’t had other rerports of such slowdowns or browser tab crashes. We’ve also couldn’t reproduce this on our test Dashboards on multiple intentionally slow hosts. Therefore, we think that this is an?isolated case.
Have you tried in a different browser, preferably in an Incognito/Private window without any browser extensions running?
Are you running an up-to-date version of MainWP Dashboard?
Should the issue persist, please open a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further: https://mainwp.com/my-account/get-support/
