?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ? = not ok. We (Romanians) use a lot of “?”.

I can see the issue immediately as I save my text.
The issue is only when I am editing, not for automatic text. That text, with my diacritics in posts, is ok in TSF, as it is into my posts.
An other problem: after I use html code, everything is fine with save. But, instead of seeing the html, I see the correct diacritic = ?. If I ever click save, the diacritics become again ?-sign.
