I would suggest to remove the plugin and reinstall it again. Once the plugin is removed, please remove the cache directory entirely. And the w3tc-config directory and advanced-cache.php, db.php and object-cache.php files.

no, there is no such option. W3TC only adds entries to .htaccess.

you can export the configuration from Performance > General Settings Export. And also from in there you should be able to import it.

please keep in mind that HSTS headers are cached in browser as well, and the plugin cannot control that.So your browser is still forcing it until the browser cache expires (when max-age ends)

have you tried switching the Minification on manual mode? I would suggest to change it to manual and then go through the settings manually configuring the right order of the CSS. Alternatively we are offering Professional Support, which is available on purchase from your Performance menu > Support > Plugin configuration.

This is actually not related to NginX even though he suggests it. This is related to minify. You might have some errors in minify causing the order to be messed up, or something simillar. You might try manual mode as not all websites support minify auto mode. Also, for testing purposes, can you please try disabling minify completely?

please make sure that you make your page live from the under construction plugin, disable that plugin, disable that plugin. Once this is done please purge all cache and everything should be working as expected.

Purghing cache will clear the cached files from your website. However, once the website is accessed, based on the settings within the plugin, your cache will be cached and served to the customers. If you want to test your page without ny cache, you may want to disable W3 Total Cache temporary. But once W3 Total Cache is active, the page gets cached and server accordingly.

You can use the User Agents Groups setting. Performance> User Agent Groups. THere You can create a group of user agents by specifying names in the user agents field. Assign a set of user agents to use a specific theme, redirect them to another domain or if an existing mobile plugin is active, create user agent groups to ensure that a unique cache is created for each user agent group. Drag and drop groups into order (if needed) to determine their priority (top -> down).
