From what are you describing there could be 2 possible causes.
1. Please check you installed the plugin correctly. If you copied the files trough ftp there could be a slightly chance some files got corrupted. I recommend installing the plugin from WordPress plugin directory.

2. ACF accordion is using a lot of javascript and if you have any conflicts in your setup it can make it stop working. Please check your console for any unusual JS Errors.

Hi there,

That piece of code is an example on how someone can integrate the plugin in it’s theme without adding it from plugins section in WordPress. That’s for theme creators, custom theme developers and people interested in that.

For regular usage you just have to install this plugin which extends ACF and ACF PRO and you’ll find the new field in the regular field list.

Please check if you see those errors with Accordion plugin disabled.
If that’s the case I’m pretty sure it’s from ACF and your php version.
You’ll have to wait for an updated version of ACF pro that works well on php7.

I was unable to replicate your issue.
Please do the following:

1. Update to the latest version of plugin
2. Update to latest version of ACF. For the repeater field I recommend using ACF Pro
3. Make sure you use unique names for field names

Hi Asmires,

That’s not an issue because there is no menu for the accordion field.
You can set its icon when you add like you add a normal field in ACF.

Go to your Custom Fields Group then push +Add Field and select Accordion. Then you’ll see some options.

The plugin doesn’t generate any menu entries in WordPress but it ads a field type in Advanced Custom Fields plugin.

Please note this is an extension for the Advanced Custom Fields plugin.
