Had the same problem, fixed this by following instructions from another user with this problem: “I fixed it by going to my Google’s connected services (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) > removing permissions > redoing the whole process.”

I have the same problem, with different backup plugins as well. Tried increasing the Php Memory Limit but that didn’t help. Does anybody have a solution?
