In reply to: Inserting Blocks into a column not availableHi,
Tried the disable all plugins but to no avail.
Don’t have Gutenberg installed
Cleared the browser cache
3. Try Classic Patterns Workaround
They are just not there4. Manual Code Solution (Advanced Option)
Not tried this yetEditor
3. Temporary Workaround
The option to detach is not available in the menu, only after I double clickI will keep an eye however this started with 6.7 but I saw there was to be a solution to this problem with 6.7.1 but obviously didnt work.
I have installed and set up the plugin and all seems to be as I expected, I wonder if I had got things a bit messed up with all the different attempts to set up.
The one question I have is Why is there 2 login pages, Login and Login-2
Hi,
I have deleted pmpro content and deactivated and removed the install then re-installed the plug in again hope this works.
It seemed there were strange goings on and the landing page from login should have been /membership-account but it was landing on /membership-account/membership-checkout/?level=1’.
I feel the landing page should be /membership-account and should happen automatically and not need the work around.
I will retest again later today and report back.

In reply to: Column block too wideSo Steven Stern (sterndata) Volunteer Forum Moderator !
I have chosen to take my time to respond to your “You’ve removed the URLs again. I’m done here.” response .
- I did not remove urls again, the first they were entered into the safe url box why they did not appear I do not know.
- I did remove them the last time because silly me thought you would have said url’s and it would be safe for me to remove rather than have them floating out on the wild west west
What the you moderator don’t know with an attitude like this (a guru and moderator)
- Have I a disabilty
- Have I dementia
- Am I frustrated that this so called easy block system is not working and coming to you is a last resort
What I know
- This so called helpful forum is nothing of the kind
- This moderator (volunteer) is probably vetted to ensure his powers of expertise and customer relations skill are of a high standard
- The response from this moderator (volunteer) was poor
- The WordPress column block sizing function is not working for me
- Interesting a possible flaw with wordpress could be so easily swept under the moderator (volunteer) carpet
What I would like to know
- How do I fix this issue
- Is this issue fixable
- Is this problem a deep rooted problem within the wordpress stratosphere
- Where do I go now since the moderator (volunteer) is unable to help resolve the problem
In the meantime my site urls are out there for all to see

In reply to: Column block too wideI only removed them because I thought you now had them and would be safe to remove, I am really sorry. Is there any way to hide them

13 Apr 2024 00.00 to 00.00 14 Apr 2024 (GMT+00:00) United Kingdom TimeTime zone
When I change event to end 23.30 on the 13 April it seems to work okay
Modern Events Calendar All Day Event button is creating this problem with Google Calendar as far as I can see, when I click on the all day eveny on the calendar itself it seems to be okay. This is my findings so far but will need to investigate further

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] The calendar entried duplicatedHi,
I was able to clear the cache but no change the entries are still doubled up.
I can give you a link to the page but don’t really want to post here, have you an alternative way for me to share the link
Thank you for your extremely prompt reply, sadly I am not clever enough to be interfering with the functions.php, I will have a look at working with the staging. I am unable to work with this for a wee while so perhaps you should consider closed in the meantime till I get back.
Thank you so much

In reply to: Page block editor misbehaving since 6.1.0 updateThe cache was my first action and probably did the cache every time I tried something different. I have also re-installed 6.1.1 twice.
It seems to be the child theme, am I right in thinking there was a theme update at the same time 6.1.1 became available.
I am working with the original twenty twenty now and its all working great and as soon as I activate the child it breaks again, however the child theme works fine on the staging site and also on my local server its only when activated on the live site it breaks.
It is all so illogicalForum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Page block editor misbehaving since 6.1.0 updateThe page block function pop up is sticking to the top of the left side of the page and has a black pop up size band across the full width when you try to edit existing blocks.
https://snipboard.io/sYDFjS.jpg I attempted to edit further down the page but this box sticks to the topThe staging site https://snipboard.io/sE0AM9.jpg
The live site https://snipboard.io/dsoDLp.jpgAs you can see the staging site has the new sidebar
I have an image showing the inspector with errors but not too sure about putting it out there
